    Hi Julie, I have been reading your blog for a year or so now and find it very inspiring--your persistence & dedication are amazing! I am wondering how you manage your interest in and love of baking with your sugar issues? Do you eat what you bake? I have a similar conflict and would love to know how you do it. Thanks!

  2. Hi Charlotte,

    I don't have a problem with eating my bakery items as long as it isn't PMS week. If there are sugary items in the home I have a very difficult time passing on them during this week or so. This can then lead to a full blown binge of sugary items-I really try not to bake during this week.
